Can I extend orders?

You can use the Auto top-up feature for IPNux residential proxies and allow the system to automatically make an order once your available traffic falls below a certain value.

In this case, whenever your available traffic falls below 20 GB, the system will automatically make an order for 100 GB and use the specified charge method (your IPNux account balance or credit card).

For other types of proxies, you can enable the Auto extend order feature in the order details.

Once you enable this feature, the Auto extend settings will become available. In this section, you can choose the charge method for automatic order extensions - account balance or saved credit cards.

The system will automatically extend your order before it expires, so you’ll keep the same IP addresses. A 1-day order will automatically extend by another 24 hours, a 30-day order will automatically extend by another 30 days, and so on.

Note: In all cases, the system will take into account all discounts you’re entitled to and include them in the automatic order. While you can use your account balance as a charge method for automatic order extensions, this feature only becomes available once you add at least one credit card as a payment option to your IPNux account. The process includes a $1 charge, but this amount will be added to your IPNux balance once you finish adding your credit card.
